The protection of your personal data is important to me. This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope, and purpose of processing personal data when visiting this website or working with me professionally.

Personal data is processed based on:

  • the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
  • compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR),
  • or legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), particularly in efficient communication, workshops, and collaboration.

3. Email Communication

If you contact me by email, the data you provide will be processed to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Contact Form

The data you enter in the contact form will be used solely to process your inquiry. If we do not collaborate, your data will be deleted after no more than six months.

5. Use of Digital Tools

To conduct strategy workshops, coaching sessions, and consulting services, I use digital tools such as:

  • Miro (RealtimeBoard, Inc., USA) – for collaborative whiteboards,
  • Google Meet (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA) – for video conferencing,
  • TidyCal (AppSumo LLC, USA) – for scheduling.

In this context, personal data may be processed (e.g. name, email address, session content, contributions).

I have concluded data processing agreements with these providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard international data transfers.

Note: When using US-based tools, access by U.S. authorities cannot be completely ruled out despite contractual and technical safeguards. This residual risk is minimized as far as possible.

6. Data Retention

I retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or to comply with statutory retention obligations (e.g. up to 10 years under tax law).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • request correction (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • request deletion (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
